What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in starts from 4:00 pm and check-out is before 10:00 am. A secure key box can be used for late arrivals.
Is linen included?+
Yes. Beds are prepared before arrival and bath towels as well as pool towels are included.
Is the villa air-conditioned?+
Absolutely. The villa has full reversible air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the main living area.
Is the pool heated and secured?+
Yes. The pool is usually heated from April to October and is equipped with a compliant alarm system. Children remain under adult supervision.
What EV charger is available?+
A private Type 2 charging station is installed on site. It is compatible with most vehicles and included in the stay.
Are pets allowed?+
Pets may be accepted on prior request. Please contact us before booking and specify the type and number of animals.
What is the cancellation policy?+
For a direct booking: full refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund between 30 and 14 days, and no automatic refund below 14 days.
